Well, summer has arrived here and all the local people are complaining of the heat, while we are basking in the warmth. I think it did get up to 84 one day, but most days are in the 70s. I have finally stopped wearing a jacket everywhere I go! They ran out of food before even half of the crowd was served. Saturday, October 25, 2014. I am thinking of ending this blog. I began it 6 years ago now when mom and dad were first living here with us and no longer able to live alone in LaGrange. We truly had many happy times with mom and dad the first years they were at Sutter Living Center. We ate ice cream at House of Flavors and drove down along the lake front many times.
